It is Saturday, but the alarm bell is ringing before 7:00 h.
Monique needs to be at the shooting range at 8:30.
It is all about learning. Not just to hit a target, but being fast and showing the right reaction. This can become a life insurance in a critical bush walk situation. Because a field guide must not shoot an aggressive elephant unless it is closer than 20 meters – and an attacking elephant will have a speed of 45 km/h. And a charging lion must not be shot unless it is less than 10 meters away.
Bad luck if you get charged by a black rhino – you must not shoot at all.
Therefore it is key that all of your guests have signed an indemnity form before walking into the bush. 😉
